She was predeceased by: her parents, Lee Roy Guy and Virginia Elizabeth Love (Carter); and her son Carter (H. C.). She is survived by: her daughters, Kimberly Kay Klick of Edmond, Penny Donnelle Guthrie of Woodward and Amanda Michelle Crabtree (Shawn) of Woodward; her grandchildren, Allison Brook Klick, Devry Tanner Klick, Kasey Flying Out, Mitchell Carter Guthrie, JoLee Grace Guthrie Denton, Aspen Love Crabtree, Denym Oliver Crabtree and Aunyx Paige Crabtree; and her sisters, Patricia Lee Love Bender (Tom) and Janet Battles (Corky). She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
