He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee Thomas "Tom" and Bennie "Ruth" Upchurch (Garton); and his brother-in-law Gary Trumbull. He is survived by: his friend Mike; his wife Kathryn Upchurch of Woodward; his children, Marissa Paine (Michael) of Los Angeles, Taylor Burnett (Tara) of Woodward and Barrett Storm (Kourtnei) of Deer Creek; his siblings, Mark Upchurch (Tammy) of Mustang, Karen Bowden (Tad) of McAlester and Karla Trumbull of Moore; and his grandchildren, Abbey, Sofey, Nelley Burnett, Kamden Phillips, Brayson, Brooks Storm and Phoebe Paine. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to First United Methodist Church of Woodward with the funeral home accepting the contributions.
