It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Merita Meryle Parsons of Woodward, Oklahoma, born in Mooreland, Oklahoma, who passed away on August 19, 2021, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Admiral Vorice and Ruby Meryle Haskins (Munsell); her husband Dan Parsons; and her sons, Dan, Don and Lon.
In lieu of flowers the family ask that memorial contributions be made to Faith United Methodist Church with the funeral home accepting the contributions.
