He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Homer Albert and Nellie Edna Neagle (Symes); his children, Louis (Elva Mae), Larry (Judy) of Edmond, Karen (Daniel Leroux) of Liberty Hill, Donna (Brian) of Oklahoma City and Brian of Woodward; his grandchildren, Mandy Garvie, Kandace Phillips, Kristen Patterson, Lance Neagle, Nicole Esler, Christopher Leroux, Candice Moore, Brittany Brown and Alyson Brinkman; and his wife Elva Mae. He was also cherished by fourteen great-grandchildren and numerous relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the First Christian Church of Woodward, Oklahoma with Billings Funeral Home accepting the contributions.
