She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Lee and Rosie Bell Spears (Simmons); her siblings, Leonard Spears, Gene Simmons and Myriel Davis (Milo); and her son-in-law Dennis Whisenhunt.
She is survived by: her children, David Zumwalt (Edwina) of Woodward and Debbie Kramp (Bob) of Okeene; her sisters, Margaret Dougherty (Ed) and Cindy Faulkner (Spears); her grandchildren, Robert, Kevin, Amy and Sacia; her great grandchildren, Katelyn, Connor, Addison, Jaxin, Garin and Alex; and her great great grandchildren, Hudson and Asher. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
