He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert "Bud" Rose and Faye Rose (Wanger); his son Jonathan Smith; his brother Lester Rose; and his parents-in-law, Johnnie and Doris Smith.
He is survived by: his wife Mary of Alva; his children, Max Rose (Angela) of Alva, Chera Harrison (J. K.) of Granbury, Levi Rose of Alva and Remington Rose of Alva; his brothers, DeWayne Rose (Kathy) of Caney and Keith Rose (Brenda) of Alva; his grandchildren, KeEra Byrd (Keyton), Karsten Harrison, Kaleigh Harrison, Dalton Rose, Aubry Rose, Ellie Rose, Autumn Rose, Trell Rose, Riggen Rose and Bristol Rose; his great grandchild Knox Byrd; and his granddaughters, Beth Rose and Crystal Rose. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made through the funeral home to Oklahoma Medical Research Foundation for Heart, Kidney, or Diabetes research.
