He was predeceased by: his parents, Muriel Francis and Nelta Coulter (Hartley); his wife Rita Coulter; his sister Colene Green (Coulter); his brother-in-law Dennis Green; his parents-in-law, Dick and Irene Welty; and his siblings-in-law, Steve Welty and Jeanette Welty.
He is survived by: his children, Greg Coulter (Julie) and Charity Coulter; his grandchildren, James Blevins, Tyson Coulter, Lindsey, Ian Tompkins, Joshua Smith and Jessica Smith; and his great grandchildren, Alexis Blevins and Lane Blevins. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
Viewing was held on Thursday, December 26th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Billings Funeral Home (1621 Downs Ave, Woodward, OK 73801). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 27th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Billings Funeral Home Chapel (1621 Downs Ave, Woodward, OK 73801).
