She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester Hutcheson and Nellie Mae Hutcheson (Wayman). She is survived by: her spouse Thomas Newton Mead; her children, Kent Mead (Wendy) of Stillwater, Kathy Wales (Jess) of Woodward and Karl Mead (Elly) of Kingwood, Texas; her grandchildren, Chad, Amanda Mead, Cole Mead, Hattie Wales, Ally, Josh Wales, Skyler, Derek Hunter, Chelsea, Grant Rempel, Blaire Beauchamp, Ross, Paul and Gretchen Mead; her great grandchildren, Jake, Abby, Jude Mead, Colton Hughes, Channing Bell, Lenora, Judah Hunter, Parker Wales, Jett, Jax Wales, Brooks and Gracie Rempel; her siblings, Bill Leonard, Harlen Strait, Kay (Don Layton), Carol Buller, Cheryl (Rick George), Esther Marie, Mae Leonard, Fae Strait, Orville Canaan, Charlie Buller, Roy Mead, Burton Mead (Betty), Dale Mead (Pris) and Stan Mead (Jerri); her nieces, Tessa Martin and Jan Spruill; and her grandson Jesse Wales IV.
