He is survived by: his wife Vicki Sparkman of Woodward; his son Terry Sparkman (Melia) of Omaha, Nebraska; his grandchildren, JJ, Ella and Dustin; his siblings, Leonard Sparkman (Noleta) of Woodward, Vickey Harvey (Steve) of Hugo, Oklahoma, Pam Burkhalter (Randy) of Blackwell, Oklahoma and Katina Sparkman of Woodward; and his sibling-in-law Dana Plank (Doug) of Mutual, Oklahoma. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and a host of friends.
