With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Lanette Rutherford of Woodward, Oklahoma, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her father James Franklin Green; her grandmother Waggoner; her daughter Paula Slape; and her son-in-law Mike Slape. She is survived by: her husband Harvey Rutherford; her son Tom Clark (Sherri); her stepchildren, Brenda Harris, Aaron Rutherford (Linda) and Kim Barnett (Shaun); her grandchildren, Geret Clark (Tara), Rauchell Clark, Eric Slape and Ryan Slape (Audra); her great grandchildren, Kamber Clark and Eva Slape; and her sister Ronette McHam. She is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Oklahoma Medical Research Foundation, Alzheimer's research with the funeral home accepting the contributions.
