He was predeceased by: his mother Janice Darlene Haskins (Hill); his sister-in-law Sara Dawn Horner Sewell; his nephews, Kaden and Aaron Sewell; and his grandparents, A. V., Meryle Haskins, Clyde and Isel Hill.
He is survived by: his wife Amy Haskins; his children, Natalie Lynn Haskins of Woodward and Kedrin Dale Haskins of Woodward; his father Dale Leon Haskins of Woodward; his brother Kurt Haskins (Deanna) of Woodward; his parents-in-law, Barbara Arnold (Roger) of Woodward and Ira Lynn Horner of Woodward; his brother-in-law Charles Horner (Kristel) of Woodward; and his nieces, Kamryn and Lillianna Horner of Woodward.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Justin Haskins Scholarship Fund or Faith United Methodist Church for new pews with the funeral home accepting the contributions.
