She is survived by: her children, Kyle Shook, Jessy Shook and Ashley Shook; her siblings, Richard, Paul, Wendy and Cindy; her grandchildren, Valyn, Willy, Honey, Reo, Exaver, Colt, Brady, Jericho, Lilly, Parker and Pheonix; and her great grandchild Waylon. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
