She was predeceased by: her parents, Daniel Guy and Argene Francis McDowell (Thomas); her husband Tom Marshall; her sister Elaine Dewald; her brother-in-law Chet; and her brothers, Earl McDowell, Don McDowell and David McDowell.
She is survived by: her former husband Buck Sibley; her daughters, Monica Baird Stanley (Bill Stanley) of Woodward, Oklahoma, Michelle Sibley (David Palmer) of Amarillo, Texas and Melanie Sibley of Dallas, Texas; her grandchildren, Ricky Frech (Amy Pickens) of Collierville, Tennessee, Matthew Frech (Mikayla) of Edmond, Oklahoma and Taylor Frech of Dallas, Texas; her brothers, Joe McDowell (Linda) of Ft. Worth, Texas, Jay McDowell (Cecilia) of Granbury, Texas and Paul McDowell (Joyce) of Kingston, Oklahoma; her brother-in-law Clayton Evans (Judy) of Woodward, Oklahoma; and her stepdaughters, Misty Bryant of Alva and LaDona Marshall Barber of Woodward, Oklahoma. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other family, and friends.
Memorials may be made to the Mission Fund at New Horizon United Methodist Church with the funeral home accepting the contributions.
