He was predeceased by: his father Elmer Regan; his sister Debbie Bruton; his mother-in-law Judy Gregg; and his brothers-in-law, Leroy Bruton and Sonny Gregg.
He is survived by: his mother Lena Mae Regan (Sweet) of Woodward; his wife Anita Regan; his daughter Kris McVicker (John) of Woodward; his grandchildren, Andrew McVicker of Alva and Julia McVicker of Alva; and his sister Pam Martin (Bruce) of Anadarko. He is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
Memorial contributions may be made to the WOOF Pet Rescue or the First United Methodist Church with the funeral home accepting the contributions.
