She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Whitehead and Hazel Posey Whitehead; her son Jammie Peek; and her sister Georgina Whitehead. She is survived by: her husband Randy Taylor; her sons, Shannon Shaw of Mena, AR and Jason Shaw of Missouri; her siblings, Dale Whitehead of Mena, AR, Buddy Massey of DeKalb, TX and Bobbie Carter of Faulk, AR; and her grandchildren, Brayson Collen Shaw, Alexia Shaw and J. J. Shaw. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
