It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dennis Wayne Nelson (Woodward, Oklahoma), who passed away on November 30, 2021, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Burton and Pearl Opal Nelson (Shobert); his siblings, Butch Nelson, Norma Rhoades and Connie Campbell; and his grandson Jake Nelson.
He is survived by: his friend Roger Edwards; his wife Carole Nelson; his sons, Steve Nelson of Rogers, Lance Nelson (Lindsey) of Hot Springs and Jason Nelson (Jessica) of Yukon; his grandchildren, Logan Nelson, Chance Nelson, Jade Morales, Sylvia Nelson, Seryna Nelson, Michael Morales (Kristin), Sterling Morales, Beth Nelson and Abby Nelson; his great grandchildren, Vincent Morales and Stryker Morales; and his siblings, Mike Nelson (Anita) of Dallas, Texas and Jan Nelson Greer of Wichita, Kansas. He is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
