He was predeceased by: his parents, Zilpha Salisbury (Cutsinger) and Guy Salisbury; his wife Mayzel Salisbury; and his siblings, Wilbur, Pete, Vern, Arthur, Katherine, Joe, Bob, Mike, Guy Jr. "Tude", Bill, Ella Marie "Sis", Velma "Tine", Melvin "Bud", Stan and John.
He is survived by: his sons, Danny Salisbury of Woodward, OK and Monte Salisbury (Acquenetta) of Woodward, OK; and his grandchildren, Ashlie Battaglia of Jones, OK, Cody Salisbury of Miami, FL, Ginger Salisbury (Adam) of Austin, TX and Winston Salisbury (Jeanette) of Las Vegas, NV. He is also survived by five great grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, cousins, other family and a host of friends.
