He was predeceased by: his mother Leona Oldaker (Westfall); his stepfather Martin B. Oldaker; and his father Wayne McDowell. He is survived by: his wife Lela McDowell; his daughters, Lesa Semmel (Dale Haskins) and Denise Holloway (Louie) of Mooreland; his grandchildren, Jason Semmel (Lacey), Scott Semmel (Keitha), Lance Semmel (Angela), Mason Holloway (Mica) and Magon Lauchland (Kevin); and his great grandchildren, Cheyenne, Callie Semmel, Jaden Semmel, Allyn Jane Goodson, Cole, Drake Parker, Kason, Kessler, Maris, Lauchland and Jace Hartman. He is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
