She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert James Mathias and Marjorie Ann Mathias; and her brother Timothy Mathias. She is survived by: her husband Max Underwood; her children, Robert Jason Underwood of Hennessy, OK, Mark Underwood of Oklahoma City, OK and Ashley Arganbright (Brandt); her grandson Connor Underwood of Eufaula, OK.; her sister Deborah Nelson (John); her nephew John Nelson Jr. (Elizabeth); and her daughter Kate of New Caney, TX.
She joined her Lord on December 21, 2020, due to complications from Covid-19 at The University of Kansas Medical Center in Kansas City, Kansas, at the age of 68.
