He was predeceased by: his wife Bobbie; his parent Courtelyon Bradford; his grandmother Lela Looper (Graves); his siblings, Thelma Irene (Bob) and Curtis Thomas Looper; and his niece Darla Ann Looper.
He is survived by: his significant other Barbara Ann; his children, Darla Ann, David Ray Looper, Jr. (Paula) of Ocelata, Oklahoma and Deborah Kay Jones (Darrell) of Woodward; his grandchildren, Jennifer Looper Ransley (Darren), Christopher Looper (Emily), Jacob Jones (Jennifer) and Caleb Jones (Emilie); his great grandchildren, Britten Gail Reiswig, Layla Jayne Ransley, Maverick David Looper, Aurelia Sue Looper, Jentry Ellery Jones, Jackson Cannon Jones and Zeph Larkey; and his siblings, Jimmy Don Looper of Florida and Jeanie Hoag of Kenai, Alaska. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
