He was predeceased by: his parents, Orville Shepherd and Wilma Shepherd (Spencer) of Woodward; his sister Sandra Bergeron (Shepherd); his brother-in-law Charles Dreyer; his mother-in-law Rose Dawson; his siblings-in-law, Annette Dawson and Art Manseau of Woodward; and his father-in-law Robert Dawson of Garden Grove, California..
He is survived by: his wife Karen Shepherd; his children, Michelle Baird of Woodward, Bobby Murley (Lisa) and James Shepherd (Jessica); his sisters, Alice McGeachy (Larry) of Carlinsville, Donna Dreyer (Shepherd) of Woodward and Sherri Thompson (Kenneth) of Huntsville, Alabama.; his siblings-in-law, John Sanford (Linda) of Huntington Beach and Linda Manseau (Sanford) of Taylorsville, Utah.; his grandchildren, Emily Gedra (Nick) of Stillwater, Carlie Murley of Mooreland, Cassity Compston (Russ) of Woodward, Cameron Murley (Tiffany) and Oden Taig Shepherd of Arnett; and his great grandchildren, Rylan Compston, Adalyn Compston of Woodward, Paisley Murley and Weston Murley of Goodwell. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Wounded Warrior project with the funeral home accepting contributions.
