He is survived by: his uncle Larry; his wife Arlene Fay Zahorsky; his children, Kendra Seiger, Cody Cook, Clint Cook of Woodward, Mikeena Thompson (Chad) of Woodward, Elizabeth Cook of Oklahoma City and Cierra Cook of Woodward; his granddaughter Arlene Cook of Woodward; his brothers, David Cook and Jimmy Cook of Waynoka; his grandchildren, Jullian Cook, Gracie Thompson, Harmony Cook, Emma Cook and Ewen Bell; and his nieces, Crystal Richardson of Altus, Kendra Seiger of Altus and Talem Garcia of Carman. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
