He is survived by: his mother Shirley Jane Canfield (Westenhaver); his spouse Tonie Fentch; his sons, Lucas Blackard (Melissa) and Gabriel Blackard; his siblings, Kenny Canfield, Debbie McAdoo (Kent), Linda Jackson, Jolene Martin and Ilene Bruce; and his grandchildren, Korbin, Keely, Kenslee, Kruz Blackard, Macie and Eddie Blackard. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
