It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Bruce Stout of Woodward, Oklahoma, who passed away on March 29, 2025, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
As Bruce departs from our midst, his spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Bruce. Though Bruce may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Billy Lee Stout of Tangier and Elsie May Elliott of Hinton, Oklahoma.. He is survived by: his wife Tammy Carr; his daughters, Kara (Brian Chitty) and Maleah (Jeff Albright); his grandson William Albright; and his aunts, Donna Hunt of Odessa and Marilyn Stout.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 3rd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Billings Funeral Home (1621 Downs Ave, Woodward, OK 73801). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the First Methodist Church (1111 Downs Ave, Woodward, OK 73801). A burial was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Elmwood Cemetery (2755 Downs Ave, Woodward, OK 73801).
Memorial contributions may be made to the First Methodist Church with the funeral home accepting the contributions.
