She was predeceased by: her parents, Orin Adkins and Doris Adkins; her sisters, Jody Rominger, June McIntyre (Ken) and Jean Horn (Gary); and her siblings-in-law, Bill Hill (Wilma), Charles Hill, Wayne Hill (Betty), Don Hill (Roberta), Bob Crawford, Skeet McDowell, Doug McDowell, Janice Haskins, Simmie Lou Hill, Gladys Hill and Linda Hill.
She is survived by: her husband Roscoe Hill; and her siblings-in-law, Dale Hill of Woodward, Paul Hill of Vici, Dale Haskins of Woodward, Marjorie McDowell of Woodward, Joyce McDowell of Sharon and Jeanie Decker (Duane) of Waynoka. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions in Ann's name may be made to the First Assembly of God Church of Woodward with the funeral home accepting the contributions.
