She was predeceased by: her husband Carlos Ray Sam; her parents, Lonnie and Shirley; her sister Judith Streeter; her father-in-law Cornelius Junior Ray Sam; and her siblings-in-law, Theresa Sam and Rolando Querubin.
She is survived by: her children, Elaine, Jerry Anderson (Carla) of Poteau, OK, Sarah Walton (Rodgers) of Wister, OK, Christine Ramirez of Bengal, OK and Catherine Sam of Talihina, OK; her grandchildren, Cheyenne, Joshua, Robert, Matthew, Jacob, Savannah, Elias, Hazel, Bryar, Lena and Vincent; her daughter Marley James; her uncle Joel Gross of Missouri; her aunts, Yvonne Thompson-Arriola of Talihina, OK and Evylena Thompson-Holehouse of Talihina, OK; her siblings, Lonnie Jr. of Talihina, OK, Charles of Poteau, OK and Angela of Talihina, OK; and her parents-in-law, Norma Sam, John, Jeanette, Debra, Merle, Della, Morris, Roberta, Rebecca, Chad, Matthew, Mark, Lucinda, Carla and Daniel. She is also survived by cousins, nieces, and nephews.
