He was predeceased by: his parents, William "Bud" Gillham and Bonnie Gillham (Brown); and his brother Gary Gillham. He is survived by: his wife Michele "Shelly" Gillham (Dyer); and his sister Rose Anna White (Speedy) of Yanush, Oklahoma.. He is also survived by Numerous nieces, nephews, cousins.
