Carmelita Martin Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carmelita Martin (Wister, Oklahoma), who passed away on August 31, 2020 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lizzy Edith (Bennett) and James Wesley Hicks; her brothers, Jim Hicks and Wesley Lafayette Hicks; and her daughter Susan Caryl Shelton.
She is survived by: her sister Carolyn Sprinkles; and her children, Carmelita Ann White of Glenpool, Teresa Leigh Hall (David) of Wister, James B. Graham III (Nancy) of Tulsa and Mary Elizabeth Merrill (Brian) of Broken Arrow. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 35 great grandchildren, 2 great, great grandchildren, and countless nephews and nieces.
