He was predeceased by: his parents, John Edgar Watkins and Opal Lorene Watkins (Wyatt); his son Henry Sam; and his siblings, Neil Watkins and Norma Day.
He is survived by: his daughters, Mary Watkins (David Stuckey) of Madill, Tammy Watkins of Ardmore and Jan Royal (Kevin) of Lone Grove; his siblings, Van, Johnny, Ben Watkins, Winnie Mullins, Sarah Digby, Carolyn Cravens, Roxann Mullins and Mary Alvaroda; his grandchildren, Joe Watkins, Kelley Royal, Richard Glover, Racheal, Taylor, Frankie Royal, Johnny Glover and Kevin Royal; and his great grandchildren, Elijah and Lakai Davis.
