She was predeceased by: her parents, Dave Higgs and Betty Jean Higgs (Kenedy); and her brother David Henry Spicer. She is survived by: her husband Terry Gillum; her sons, Michael Gillum (Stacey) of Zaneis and Tony Gillum (Tiffany) of Zaneis; and her brothers, Guss Spicer of Guthrie, Elmer Spicer (Virginia) of Kingston and Martin Spicer (Beverly) of Science Hill, KY. She is also survived by 4 granchildren; numerous other family and friends.
