He is survived by: his wife Billie Jean Pratt; his children, Tammie Green (Joseph) of Farmington, AR and Tom Carriker (Cindy) of Phoenix, AZ; his brother Frank Carriker of Wilson; and his grandchildren, Trey Carriker, Jamie Johnson (Harley), Tim Adams (Samantha), Cale Carriker and Kyle Carriker.
