She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Crawford Peck and Violet Marie Peck (Hand); her husband Charles Haslam; her brothers, Fred S. Peck and Forest C. Peck; and her grandson Ryan Haslam.
She is survived by: her children, Kathleen Anne Hilgers (Randy) of Meriden, KS and Steven Paul Haslam (Martha) of Homosassa, FL; her sister Nonie Lee Pennington (Peck) of Comanche; her grandson Chad Michael Haslam; and her granddaughter-in-law Kimberly Haslam.
