He was predeceased by: his parents, Benny Blackburn and Lorene Blackburn; and his daughter Glenda Elaine Blackburn. He is survived by: his wife Patsy Ruth; his son David Blackburn (Pam) of Wilson; his grandchildren, Christopher Dale Blackburn, Kara Ann Hicks (Jeff) and Daniel Dylan Harvey (Summer); his great grandchildren, Lexis Rae Ann Hicks, Christopher Shawn Rhyne Hicks, Daniel Paul Harvey and Dwain Dylan Harvey; and also Dot. He is also survived by one other great grandchild on the way named Glenda Rene' Harvey; numerous other family and friends.
