He was predeceased by: his wife Antonia "Toni" Figueroa; his sister Teresa Hernandez; his daughter Sally Figueroa; and his daughter-in-law Judy Figueroa. He is survived by: his children, Martha Ballard (Mark) of Ardmore, Luie Figueroa (Nita) of Cedar City, UT, Jesse Figueroa (Debbie) of Wilson and Paul Figueroa of Lone Grove; his brother Henry Figueroa of Baldwin Park, CA; and his grandchildren, Jessie Figueroa, Chris Figueroa, Michael Figueroa, Brian Figueroa, Chelsea Hatton and Christina Braden. He is also survived by 13 great grandchildren; numerous other family and friends.
