She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Spoon and Mary Lavina "Vina" Spoon (Potter); her daughter Florence Ann McGaughy; and her siblings, William, Charlie, Joe Spoon, Babbette Thompson and Sylvia Burks.
She is survived by: her husband Clifford McGaughy; her children, Carolyn Randolph of Wilson, Clara Morgan (Bill) of Healdton, Marilyn Monroe McGaughy of Wilson and Jim McGaughy (Melody) of Wilson; and her brothers, Frank Spoon (Nina) of Winfield, KS and Clarence Spoon of Ardmore. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 26 great-grandchildren.
