It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jack Wayne Kelly (Willow, Oklahoma), born in Ponca City, Oklahoma, who passed away on September 15, 2019, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Merle James Kelly and Rachel Ann Kelly (Wood); his siblings, Jimmy Bert Kelly and Patricia Ann Gammon; his great-niece Shanley Danielle Kelly; and his pets, Booie and Tink.

He is survived by: his wife Alice Kelly of Red Rock, Oklahoma; his children, Rachel Kelly of Blackwell, Annmarie Stanford (Aaron) of Tonkawa Oklahoma and Bobby Kelly (Anna) of Eaton, Colorado; his grandchildren, Kennedy Marie Stanford, Wesson Bayles Kelly and Huntlee Mischelle V Kelly; his sister Lynda (E. J. Wilson) of Ponca City, Oklahoma; and his sister-in-law Vicky Kelly of Ponca City, Oklahoma. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
