He was predeceased by: his parents, Merle James Kelly and Rachel Ann Kelly (Wood); his siblings, Jimmy Bert Kelly and Patricia Ann Gammon; his great-niece Shanley Danielle Kelly; and his pets, Booie and Tink.

He is survived by: his children, Chad, Eric, Clayton, Jenna and Paislee; his wife Alice Kelly of Red Rock, Oklahoma; his children, Rachel Kelly of Blackwell, Annmarie Stanford (Aaron) of Tonkawa Oklahoma and Bobby Kelly (Anna) of Eaton, Colorado; his grandchildren, Kennedy Marie Stanford, Wesson Bayles Kelly and Huntlee Mischelle V Kelly; his sister Lynda (E. J. Wilson) of Ponca City, Oklahoma; and his sister-in-law Vicky Kelly of Ponca City, Oklahoma. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
