He was predeceased by: his parents, D. D. Musgrave and Othel Musgrave; his wife Frances Musgrave; his brother Victor Musgrave; his son Larry Musgrave; and his great great grandchild Tynlee O'Hern.
He is survived by: his children, Howard (Betty Musgrave) of Kingston, Oklahoma, Teri (J. D. Holt) of Wilburton, Teresa (Robert Ketcher) of Wilburton and Sheri Rodriguez of Wilburton. He is also survived by 2 grandsons, 2 granddaughters, 9 great grandsons, 4 great granddaughters, 2 great-great grandsons, and 4 great-great granddaughters.
