She is survived by: her husband Randy Holstine; her sons, Rodney Melton of Wilburton, OK, Justin Holstine, Travis Holstine of Durant, OK and Jason Holstine of Atoka, OK; her grandchildren, Lucas, Kylee and Logan; and her siblings, Linda Beal of Duncan, OK and Dennis Fout of Panama, OK. She is also survived by other relatives, loved ones and friends.
