He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Welch, Sr. and Ann Lynell Welch (Dawson). He is survived by: his son Colby Welch (Natalie); his granddaughter Brooklyn; his son Cayton Welch; the mother of his children Rachel Welch; and his sisters, Deborah Bohn, Dawn Gandy and Lisa Wadsworth.
