He is survived by: his sons, McKinley Evette Slocum and Isaac Charles David Slocum; his mother Mary Slocum of Wilburton; his siblings, Jimmy Hodge of Wilburton, Misty Johnson (James) of Krebs and Terri Slocum of Clayton; the mother of his children Jerra Fields; his close friend Denise Owens; his grandparents, Martha and Albert Tyler; his uncle Charles Tyler; and also Damien Clark. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, friends.
