She is survived by: her siblings, Barbara Johnson, Kirt Cockrum (Butch), Joanne Parker, Edna Rummons and Charles Cockrum; and her children, David Freston Watkins (Ronda), Pamela Luana Watkins Vigil (Ray), John Freston Watkins (Shirley) and Paul Freston Watkins (Kristine). She is also survived by 15 grandchildren.
