She was predeceased by: her parents, Martha Tyler (Bench) and Albert Tyler (Ras); her husband Bob Aaron; her daughter Brenda Sharp (Aaron); and also Charles Tyler (Cotton) of Wilburton, Oklahoma..

She is survived by: her daughters, Patty Hickman and Tammye (Kevin Gwin) of Durant; her grandchildren, Trevor Mullins (Christine Mason) of Durant, Jessica (James Stipe) of McAlester, Shane Hickman of Poteau and Tanner Gwin of Durant; her great grandchildren, Jack and Boen Sharp of Kingston; her granddaughters, Allison and Eliana Mason of Durant; her sisters, Mary Slocum of Wilburton and Bernice Nelson of Lane; and her son-in-law David Sharp of Wilburton.

A funeral service was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Bowers Baptist Church (101 W Blair Ave, Wilburton, OK 74578).
