He was predeceased by: his mother Eunice Riggs. He is survived by: his children, Ashley Wade, Jerry Wade and Dalton Wade (Krysta); his grandchildren, Marlee Swindle, Maddox Swindle, Emma and Lakota; his siblings, Katherine Wade and Roger Wade; his father Roland Wade; and his stepmother Lois Wade.
