He is survived by: his daughter Heather Hulsey (Zach) of Owasso; his daughter-in-law Michelle Bambeck of Wilburton; his grandchildren, Samantha Chavarria (Eduardo) of McAlester and Mikey Bambeck (Desiree) of Wilburton; his sister Beth Ann Wood (Lawrence) of Wilburton; and his sister-in-law Lisa Carothers of Spokane, Washington. He is also survived by numerous great grandchildren.
