He was predeceased by: his parents, Harriett Virginia Denham (Clinton) and Kenneth Brent Denham (KB); his sisters, Darlene (Rodney Headley) and Dorothy Dutton of Walters, OK.; his wife Mary Ann Denham; his daughters, Melissa Denham and Shannon Denham; his granddaughter Katie Hepworth; his siblings, Alford Denham, Albert Denham, Wayne Denham, Jim Denham and Nancy Gee; and his brother-in-law Arnold Monson.
He is survived by: his former wife Patsy Johnson; his children, Eletha Williams of Cement, OK, Kennith Lee Denham II of College Station, TX and Tammy Williams of Ryan, OK.; his siblings, Ralph (Loretta Denham), Chloe Jean (Dale Gentry) and Ila Mae (Ron Stafford); his grandchildren, Derrek, Erik, Cara, Aubrey, Marissa, Gunner, Jordan, Sierra, Lauren, Whitney, Madison and Jenna; and his great grandchildren, Brenley, Adalynn, Isaac, Noah, Ella, Godric, Rowdy, Sophie, Emma, Colton, Payzlynn and Kayden. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
