He was predeceased by: his former wife Betty Lou Galley (Moulton); his wife Clara Mae Gaustad (Lively); his brother Paul A. Davis-Gaustad; his daughter-in-law Susan Marie Gaustad (Neffew); and his sons, Michael John Gaustad and Donald Crouch.
He is survived by: his children, Brenda Crouch of Wilburton, Oklahoma. and Richard; his daughter-in-law Jennifer Gaustad of Mesa, Arizona.; and his grandchildren, Melissa Shaw of Melinda Munoz, Ala, Roland Vieira, Alissa Godfrey, Heather Douglas, Breanna Duck, Amanda Ramos, Matthew Ramos, Rico Gutierrez, Adrianna Gutierrez, Whitney Crouch, Brandon Crouch, Sarah Crouch and Shane Gaustad. He is also survived by 19 Great Grandchildren and 3 Great Great Grandchildren.
