He was predeceased by: his parents, Jim Cook and Irene Cook (Smith); and his son Joe Cook, Jr.. He is survived by: his children, James Cook of Tulsa, Geary Cook of McAlester, Jana Scott (Curtis) of Wilburton and Julie Chronister of Wilburton; his sister Peggy Page (Don) of Ada; and his nephew Mark Page of Ada. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 6 great grand-children.
