We are sad to announce that on March 23, 2020, at the age of 83, Jerry Sharpton (Wilburton, Oklahoma) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Connie Newman Sharpton; his parents, John Sharpton and Inez Sharpton; his siblings, Ernast and Phyllis Jardot; and his son-in-law Rickey Rea.
He is survived by: his children, Jeri Ann Sharpton of Wilburton and Bruce Sharpton (Debbie) of Oklahoma City; his grandchildren, Dylan Sharpton of Oklahoma City and Morgan Strait (Matthew) of Broken Arrow; his stepgrandson Lane Palmer of Oklahoma City; and his sisters, Barbara, Janice and Sherry. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
