He was predeceased by: his parents, Jessie Mae (Gibson) and Ed Scales; his daughter Stephany Dawn Greytok; and his sister Pauline Fay Hardin. He is survived by: his wife Nadell Scales; his daughter Sherry; his son-in-law Tony Foster of Ida; his sister Wanda; his brother-in-law Red Hammons of Panola; and his brother Perry Scales of Wilburton. He is also survived by 4 Grandchildren, 4 Great Grandchildren.
